- In order to carry out the part of our mission statement, ‘to care for one another’, there is an opportunity for someone to create or purchase a congregational mailbox system. This will enhance connection and relationship building within the congregation. For details and examples, contact our minister, greg@cpchamilton.ca
- In order to carry out the part of our mission statement, ‘to worship God’, there is an opportunity for a person or group of person to enhance available parking at Central. Since modifications to the property are difficult, this may include finding real estate near the church and working out a financially possible and sustainable arrangement for parking spaces; or some other solution. - Be an extra hand in the Nursery ministry for 6 Sunday mornings in the next 12 month cycle. For information, contact melissa@cpchamilton.ca, who will connect you with our Coordinator.
- The Cornerstone Project is looking for a champion to head up the development of social enterprise cafe within the church. Simple food might be served. Drinks, or smoothies. This would be run by those without employment, but supervised with someone with skill and passion in this area. Please contact contact Adele Pierre or our minister, Greg Davidson, greg@cpchamilton.ca

- We are looking to improve the sense of welcome for newcomers who enter the church through the front doors, and highlight our mission statement and purpose. This is through two stand-up banners designed by Richard Talbot. - The Discipleship Committee wishes to offer an annual congregational retreat. Bursaries will be needed to offset the cost and to give financial help to those who wish to attend but cannot afford it. - To enhance our sense of welcome to the community and change our look to outsiders from ‘fortress’ to ‘come-on-in’, there is an opportunity to fund a renewal of the front entrance, and other entrances of the church to include glass or see through fronting. - As part of carrying out the part of our mission statement, ‘to take God’s love to the world’ and ‘to care for one another’, the Cornerstone Project is looking at setting up a cafe in the church.
